Error log for uploading video?

Ok, I have read many ways to fix the video upload issue, but am still running a problem.

I'm on a windows localhost.

How do I check my error log?

Check windows error logs with Event Viewer  .....

What does this mean? eh... Oh...sorry should've seen WINDOWS, I'm Linux. Ne'er mind.

Windows .. are you have ffmpeg for windows platform? this is most usual problem of error during upload

How do I access Events Viewer?

Start > event viewer  ..... 

Please don't ask how to find start  .....
