Error in module

My website emailed this information to me last night, what does it mean?

synchronizeProfiles(): exec(/usr/local/bin/php -f refresh.php 0 1 ) returned 255

I think it meant,,(Im not sure about this) it has something to do with your mem profile needed by cupid data match.

it is matching your members profile for cupid use, no error in  modules, again Im not sure about this.

what is refresh.php?

in our dolphin we haven`t such file as default

AndreyP. you do you know. Its in the /modules/ subdirectory.

No need execute modules in dolphin 6. It can work not properly.
