Hi.  I'm upgrading from 7.0.9 to 7.1.0.B1.  Steps 1-7 worked fine.  When I go to http://www.ZenUnity.com/dolphin/upgrade/ , I get:

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /dolphin/upgrade/ on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I tried changing permissions to 777 on upgrade and all directories and files in /upgrade .  It didn't help.

What am I doing wrong?

That error means you missed step 5.

Thats the step where you are suppose to remove the .htaccess file from the upgrade folder.

My guess is you either missed that step, or you removed the wrong .htaccess file.

You should read all of this and make sure your server will handle Dolphin..
