Error causing high CPU and Load

I am getting a crazy CPU / LOAD #'s compared to this time of day. 

My hosting company said the huge spike is from

Does anyone know what this is or how to solve it?

member_menu_queries.php is not an error. Dolphin is quite the beast when it comes to resources. Depending on the layout of your site, there could be a lot of information that needs to be retrieved in order to be displayed on a page. Anytime a page loads that has blocks that displays this type of content (such as real time) it requires querying the database.


This is a great way for hosting companies to convince you to upgrade to a more expensive package in order to keep your account from getting suspended. All in all, it's just the way Dolphin is.
