Error after install

For some reason, after installing Dolphin, instead of my community I get this when going to it:

How do I fix this? My server runs Windows Server 2003 x64, Apache 2.2, PHP5, and MySQL 5.

Check - short_open_tags

seems it disable at your host, enable it

that does indeed fix this problem....
