Error:File Not found

Hello,guys

recently i create a boonex website,in Hostgator and everything is ok but when i upload any video, firstly video is processing pending then i change ffmpeg 755 to 777 my problem is solved but now create new problem its show error file load

my cron job 

*/15 * * * *php -q /home1/dtcchbga/public_html/periodic/cron.php

Please tell me the right solution

There are several things to check.

Did you set an email for the cron? Are you getting emails about the cron? 

There are some post created by Zarcon about the several formats you can use for the cron.

This is an old post but relevant to these issues.
