Error Database query error

I need help please! wake up this morning find my site shut down:  when someone try to login or join this is the error message they will get. I have no clue what went wrong. Anyone that can help please let me know.

I need someone to fix it for me I don't know how to fix it.. and How much?

 If your able to open your cPanel, go to the "MySQL® Databases" and try to run a repair..

Do you have automatic backups running daily?

after checking this we can proceed. 

Yes I can open Cpanel but don't know how to repair it. plus I don't know if the daily back up was on. I think it is doing it weekly not daily.. but not sure.
