I am going to need cpanel and dolphin access and a list of blocks that don't work and what pages they are on so i can try and figure out why.

Blocks are visible to Everyone even public . Example Image attched  Block Should be visible only to Standard Member but as you can see it is showing to ALL Membership Levels  also blocks on home Page set visible to Standard Members is shown Public and to all membership levels as well

Yes. There appears to be another bug. Restore your backups of the 2 edited files while i try to find a solution.

I thought it was fixed but apparently not :(

Yes. Sorry. I have been having problems ever since the update to a version compatible with dolphin 7.1

Hi Deano.  I cant see 'any' errors or anything wrong after i install, except one thing..

Visible To Membership Levels:
 
Non-member Standard Promotion

 

I have additional membership levels, and they aren't being detected.  
This means I cannot toggle them to view the block.  
Therefore, after I installed it, I had to lower my own membership level to 'standard' simply to see the blocks on the page.
Any thoughts as to why its not detecting additional membership levels?

Your membership levels may not actually be enabled. Double check the membership levels you added to make sure they have been enabled.
