 I've found other folks here mention this problem, but I haven't seen anyone with an answer yet. Basically, I can't upload music because the page doesn't seem to load - I just see a small empty block instead of the upload form. I can upload video just fine. Any help appreciated. Well in this case need to check permissions / user on service files and folders from ray/modules/music directory. Similar situations can appear when music/ap/player.swf file has 600 permissions (change similar to 644). Regard |
Thanks. The music directory is set to the same permissions as the video directory (755). But wouldn't a permissions problem still allow the page to display properly, anyway, just not allow the media to upload? |
If files have 600 permissions then they can't be reached from web. U may send me FTP details and 1 user test login for checking what can be wrong there. Regards |

The problem seems to have been that I didn't have the pMusic player enabled. When I enabled that, I was able to upload. I didn't get the profile player itself to work, but I'm not sure I need the player to be on all the individual profile pages, anyway. Would be a nice option to have, though. |
