Embeding sound player in Store Module.

So i noticed that the video player can be embeded in the store moudle. A.k.a Screencast. My question is, does anyone know how to embed the sound player in the store module? and have a upload sound in admin section and as soon as a person uploads it it wud show the sound file in the items section and below it will show the sound player.

thanks,

Reg

i understand what you are asking, though i can most assuredly express to you that dolphins cart/store whatever you want to call it was not writtent hat way, matter of fact, it took about three years for it to even work at all.

the cart store does support digital media as the products sold, and that would invoive the digital download. so the product owner, would have to upload his product to his profile and create an album, and in that album upload a demo of the sound mp3, then take the full version of the mp3, and upload it as a product on the cart.

when a user previews the sound from the members profile, there should be a buy now button associated with the demo mp3, buy now would load the associated product in the cart, and the person trying to purchase, would then be able to check out.

asking for real cart like features, you would be better off telling an erupting volcano to simmer down. the forums are not going to get any better, and the cart is not going to get any better, the match making is not going to get any better, and the dolphin security is not going to get any better

That is my best solution right now. To upload the mp3 file to the sound module and then just embed it in the description of the of the product page where i would be selling the sound. But i was hoping it wud be some thing simple like how the store module has a screencast feature it could have a soundcast feature where you can add and audio preview of the product like how it does to screencast. It would have to combine the use of the store module, the sound module and the file module. in admin or in the add product section it will have a upload audiocast. The file directy to the sound module where it will process it and and embed code will be generated and aded to a block on the view product page .

I have a full design brief for an MP3 digital download store as a seperata all encompasing module. It includes all the front and admin sections. Its like i-tunes for dolphin. I was waiting until I begin to work on my new site to pay a developer to build it, but if any of the top developers are interested in building it in return for the first copy and rights to re--sell in the market please let me know and i will be glad to work with you and test as well.
