I have just the 7.3.0 Installed
Video Upload ect. Everything works only if I want to embed a Youtube Video
I get the message
Embedding video failed
the video had to Youtube Link

Embedding video should be pretty simple, although with this particular video you're right: it does not embed. I think some videos have a lock or some type of restricted access. Try a different video, say this one: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6dCClwMqJK8 If this one does not work it's likely you have an install or configuration problem -- you'll want to check with your host with that. If it does work, then it's like we've been saying: it's an issue with that particular video.
