Embed Video in Event instead of Upload

I want to know how to embed video into the events section instead of using the upload video section. I have looked in the forums for an answer and all I can find is info on how to embed video into the description section. This is not what I want to do. I want my members to have a choice between uploading video or embedding it just like in the videos section. If there is already a thread for this, I apologize.  Please point me in the right direction. I have looked, I just can't find what file to change this in.

Ad this to your list. It doesn't make any sense to allow it in one section of the site and not in another section. The embed works soooooooooooo much better than uploading directly to the site. Ad it! NOW.

I agree, does not make sense to have Embed Video in one section and then not follow through to all video upload areas.

Funny, before I read this post,  I just deleted all instances of videos to groups and events, simply because there is no Embed feature, only upload.
