Emails not being sent

v 6.1.1

Tried to send a "Invite a Friend" email....did not go out?

Tried to send it to several different ISPs....no luck.

Advice please?

check with your server support and ask about the firewall settings. might need to be tweaked server side. i had the problem and that was what corrected it for me. can you check your mail queu and see if there are trapped mails in there. the problem is that some servers dont allow for mail to be sent using the nobody@someserver.somedoamin.xxx at least that was the case when i had the problem.

It took a while but they finally went through....I changed some of the settings in Dolphin for emails...

The email issue is happening again....

I checked under Tools, Mass Mailer and it says:

Queue status:
There are no emails in queue

Cupid mails status:
There are no emails in queue

What other items should I check in Dolphin....
