Email Issues

Hi, I bought the hosted plan and this morning I tired to update my email settings in thunderbird now that the DNS updated and is pointing at the site. 

 

The email worked for a little while but then when I logged out and logged back into my PC thunderbird asked me for the email password again, but it would not work, I tried to make a new password but that didnt work either, in fact after clicking apply I looked at the password again and it still showed the orignial password that was set.I tried this many times.

 

I contacted the domain register, they said its pointing fine and to contact the host provider. I tried to access webmail and that did not work either so now I dont have access to my email at all.

 

Can someone please help me, i have never used plesk before, only cpanel or linux command line and I just spent a good part of the day on a silly email issue. Thanks
