Editing The Dolphin

Guys I need to find out how do you edit the top bar links in the dolphoin the about us page, faq page etc, and the bottom footer 2009 copyright your company. I need the easy and fastest way to edit these

Candy, fastest way to edit the FAQ's is to install a mod over on Expertzzz.com, you'll find the link to it here.  And it's free, just make sure you leave some feedback for the mod creator on this one:

10 Minutes and you will have it installed and from there you can edit/add/delete FAQ's any time you want from the Admin panel

About Us, you need to go to Admin => Settings => Language Settings and do a search for the language key for About US and edit it from there.  Keep in mind, you will need to use correct <p> <br /> tags when you edit via language key strings.  Same applies for the copyright 2009/foot/company information as the About US.

Will this download work with the dolphin 6.1.6

I just installed it on another 6.1.6 site a couple of hours ago for someone else.  Yes, it works on 6.1.6

 I promise it's there.  This link should help you with a lot of your questions.  Don't forget to secure your site/server against hackers and get the template you want as soon as possible, many modifications you will make building your site are done within the template and thus it can cause double work if you attempt to add a template later on.

An SSL is only the start of securing the site, you need to watch file permissions, install rewrite rules within the htaccess files to deal with the idiots who will attempt to use the Triple perms to obtain access and upload items they shouldn't, steal media and the list goes on.
