Editing Special Block Name

I have dolphin 7.1 and i want to change the name of the "Events" block to "Jobs".  Is this easy to accomplish and will it change throughout the whole site so I do not have to change it for each page?

Also so it will not effect the functionality of the events module

admin/settings/language settings. You can easily change names there

when i go to admin/settings/language settings

i do not see any place to change the names, all i see is different settings i can change like the date and time formats.

can you describe where the name changing would be?

You search for Events by putting it in the Filter field and clicking apply.

That will so you all language keys with the word Events in it. Then you can edit the one thats needed.
