Edit does not change no. of categories for Videos

We don't know if this is a 7.1 specific issue but we are noticing that there's no way to add an additional category to the video via edit function. The Edit function only allows you to change the category but does not allows you to increase/decrease the number of categories. It would be nice to see this feature in future releases.
