Edit cache file via phpmyadmin or other?

Forgot admin password. User logins just fine. Read several ways to edit the password and salt, did that with no problem. Instructions say much edit the cache file, but do not know where that is, or which one on the server.  Most cache edits say and illustrate going through Dolphin Admin procedure which I know, but obviously can not do as I can not get logged in to start with.

Another solution said to contact support, to which I sent an email a couple of days ago, no response yet.

Happy to take care of it myself, but need some pointers, links, instruction or something.

Thank you, Robert

The Cache files are in your Dolphin root directory.

Open the cache directory and delete the files in each of the folders except .htaccess. Depending on how your FTP client or CPanel is set up, you may not see .htaccess as it's often hidden.

That's the same as deleting most of the caches in admin.

Admin accounts are handled the same as regular accounts.  If you forget the password, just go to the login form and click on forgot password.

Below is the legacy version of the Boonex site, maintained for Dolphin.Pro 7.x support.
The new Dolphin solution is powered by UNA Community Management System.
