Edit Text not available in "language settings"

I would like to edit this text but it is not located anywhere in the language files  could anyone tell me where to make these changes?

I have changed other "male" female" "man" "woman"  entries in the language setiings but none seem to have an effect on this line of text located in the "Advanced Settings" -"Other"

As Prashank25 already wrote the sentences you want to change are stored in sys_options  database table. They are the titles of system settings which are not translatable. So, if you wnat to change them you need to go to Dolphin's DB -> sys_options table, find the rows with specified names (leaders_male_types, leaders_female_types) and make necessary changes there.
