You have at least 2 choices... Apply succesive upgrade patches Update 6.0 -> 6.0.001 -> 6.0.002 -> 6.0.003 -> 6.0.004 -> 6.0.005 -> 6.1 -> 6.1.1 or (best choice) fresh install of 6.1.1 and update your database to fit the new structure...
