ERROR Upgrading from 7.09 to 7.1

Hello,

I tried upgrading from 7.09 to 7.1 and got the following error below. Now when I go to the home page of me site I get the same Error. Any advise on how to fix this?

It looks like upgrade was not completed properly, since required `sys_objects_member_info` table does not exist.
