EMAIL NOTIFICATION OPTION?

IS THERE A WAY TO LET USERS CHANGE EMAIL NOTIFICATION OPTION?

So that they don't recieve emails from the site?

Under what circumstances does the site send these email notifications? How did you enable this feature in the first place?

More info please.  If you are referring to registration confirmation, that can be turned on and off by the administrator in Admin Panel-Settings-Moderation Settings.

Sorry about that, I am looking for the elusive plugin that will notify a user via regular email when another user posts in his or her forum topic. I understand this plugin exists, I'm just having a very hard time finding it. (I'm using 6.1.4).
