EAccelerator Installed but not available?

Ok so I am running a server audit but I'm being told EAccelerator  Installed but not Available.

I have done the following to try and fix it:

Added the following to PHP.ini

I had the same problem. So, i moved on and installed xcache. makes life easier :D
