Drop-Down Menus

Help!  I have two questions about Dolphin drop-down menus:

1) Can I set the drop-downs so that they are click-activated, instead of mouse-over activated?

2) Is it possible to switch from Dolphin's default horizontal drop-down menus to the more traditional vertically-stacked drop-downs?
