Drop-Down Menus

Help!  I have two questions about Dolphin drop-down menus:

1) Can I set the drop-downs so that they are click-activated, instead of rollover-activated?

2) Is it possible to switch from Dolphin's default horizontal drop-down menus to the more traditional vertically-stacked drop-downs?

Question 1:  I havent' attempted this so I can't answer for you.

Question 2:  Yes, but you will need to do more than can reasonably posted in this link.  It takes a menu.css file (which Dolphin doesn't come with) but if you go over to expertzzz.com there are some listed there for less than it would take you to develop it on your own.
