DreamHost is good for Dolphin and Ray Chat?

My site to a very high traffic and I seek a more powerful host (before I was at Arvixe but suspend my account all the time).

I found DreamHost VPS (http://dreamhost.com/servers/vps/) with the formula 300 MB $15 / month.

Do you know if this is reliable webhost?

And can you also tell me if I can install Ray Media Server for the video chat (I asked the media but they can not answer me).

So if anyone here uses DreamHost for Dolphin with Ray Media Server, can you tell me if this a good host.

Can't comment on DreamHost itself, but keep in mind their VPS plans are treated as an add-on for their shared plans.  So that's $15.00/month + shared.
