Downloading From SVN problems

Hi,

I was under the impression that if I downloaded from:

http://www.boonex.com/trac/dolphin/changeset/12286/trunk?old_path=%2F&format=zip

Then I would get the latest, most up to date, souce code. However when I try to download trunk from here and run through the installation process I get errors, on the permissions validation page, that lots of files and directories were missing. This initially happened between beta 3 and 4 of D7, but I just thought it was a glitch, but it has just occurred when downloading the source as at revision 12286.

For instance public_cache has a status of "Not Exists" and do many other directories.

Any ideas? Am I downloading from the wrong link?

Download beta 4, then put all files from trunk to beta4 zip. Thats how i do it. Everything works
