What has happened to Dolphingeeks. I have my site hosted with Dolphingeeks and i now have two tickets opened with them and they will not reply to either of them. I understand it has only been 3 days but that is forever on the internet when you site is limping along. I would caution against Dolphingeeks hosting for now until they get back to where they were when they actually worked tickets.

Oh thats not good at all, I'm waiting on them to fix some errors on my site, they left my site in a maintenance mode for 72hrs. Which is supposed to end tonight.
I've been emailing them since yesterday and so far no response..
their own site seems to be down as well..

I've encountered the same problem with DolphinGeeks, all I get is autoresponds to my emails. I think Boonex got to look into the matter since DolphinGeeks is still an official partner of Boonex on this website. |
With DolphinGeeks dispute is settled, they are now back in action. Get in touch with them to solve your outstanding issues if any. |
yeah, they are a really helpful team to have..
for a short while there, someone was sick and their response time was slower then normal.. but I guess they are all better now? I dunno.. but as soon as they got back to me, my site was good within a couple of days.. they are usually pretty speedy and help me with almost any issue I need..
