Does anyone have a review about them? I purchased a template from them last Thursday and ask for installation and still no response its been alomost five days an response from them. I even contact them on their website and still no answer. This is not a good look

I'm dealing with a report from another one of his customers. I sent him a message, and gave him about a week to respond. You need to keep in mind that many of the developers here have other jobs, and lives, and may be having personal problems.

It's also possible they were killed and thrown into the back of a car, all due to failing to pay off the mob. I also keep that in mind when dealing with reports.

 Lol!! I actually did have in mind their personal life. It just fustrating spending money and not hear from the developer. It makes you reconsider purchasing anything from the market, but i wont let a few bad apples mess up the other few good developers here in the market.

If they are going through personal problems or whatever it may be, at least have the Courtesyof of leaving a note saying they wont be available for a said period of time. This makes the customers develop a mistrust with them and other developers.

I can't even install the template myself because the link expired.
