I have been trying now for some time, both here on Boonex and at their website, to get a response for an upgraded template. So far, nothing....

This is a last ditch effort to get them to answer any one of the multiple messages I have sent. if I don;t get a response within the next couple days, I will be filing a dispute.

I don't want to do that, I just want my template so i can continue with my project.

It took me forever to get a response from them, and still no update for the Vivid. Once or twice they told me it was next. And then nothing. I last contacted them on the 15th of this month.So if i dont get a positive response by next Friday, I am dumping that template and going with someone else. Just to be sure: Did you pay him for an upgrade that he hasn't done?  Or is this for a template he promised to update?

I have several of his templates. They all promise free upgrades.... I can see the template upgrade has been finished for a while. I just can't get hold of them to get a copy....

Yeah, they wont answer me at all. To bad i did like that template. Time to move on to a more active vendor

I really need the update. Not interested in a different template as I have all the customizations for this one done already. What's the next step Mr Moderator? I have been MORE than patient......
