why is this, why can we no longer upgrade via softaclous. i contacted softacious and they said not to provide upgrades.

but why have they requested to stop auto upgrades, i never had any problems Dolphin's a complex script, and I wouldn't trust a third-party script automatically upgrading it, and nor should anyone else. True, it is better and more secure installing any script yourself be it dolphin or whatever. You should not need to rely on an auto-installer. I would not lose any sleep over it. |
Ive used Softaculous for clean installs of Dolphin with no probs. Ive never been aware they offer any upgrading though, just clean installs.
