Dolphin site down HELP!

I have 3 D7 sites that I have been working on, 1 has gone live, 2 near to going live.

All the sites are still running but this morning, I am unable to access the admin areas on all of them!???

If I log in I can access the site, then I go to admin and after a very very long wait, I get a page saying

DataBase Query Error

followed by a massive amount of script/text from looks like the script to the admin section,

then at the bottom this error message

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 71091985 bytes) in /home/fightclu/public_html/inc/classes/BxDolDb.phpon line 448

I have contacted my host who have said it is an error on boonex and not a server prob.

All 3 sites are on one shared server. Last night was working fine, no changes overnight that Im aware of. Now, cant access admin on any of the sites...!?

Any help will be much appreciated!

Thanks - daihlo

Why would it run out of discspace when 2 of the sites are completely empty, the other has just launched and has hardly anything on it?

Okay, I get this error on al 3 sites now after the error report.

Mysql error: MySQL server has gone away

Found error in the file '/home/fightclu/public_html/inc/classes/BxDolEmailTemplates.php' at line 31.
Called 'getOne' function with erroneous argument #0.

There is an issue with the connection to the MySQL server. It may have timed out, or closed your connection.

Hi Magnussoft, please excuse my ignorance..

So, if its what you say, any basic pointers on how to fix this?

Is this something that my server host needs to sort, or something I can do in cpanal?

Am learning this as I go along...

Thanks - daihlo

I'd recommend you contact your web hosting provider.

This is the same issue that others are having due to the RSS Feed hanging.

HoustonLively has posted a fix

log into your site as admin on the user side, then go directly to yoursite,com/administration/advanced_settings.php

You have to set Admin --> Advanced Settings --> Other --> Show boonex news in admin panel: To 0

This should fix it. It did for me and I had the exact same error as you earlier.

Good luck!

I don't know how a MySQL server has gone away issue has anything to do with that, otherwise, I'd be having it on several web sites.

I'm not sure either. I do know that using the fix HL posted earlier made it go away & allowed me access to the admin area.

I hadn't been able to log in for about 2 days until I tried what HL said. That is the only thing I did, so it is definately related to the DB error, if not the sole cause.

That particular DB error showed up in my emails everytime I tried, but was unable to login to the admin section. They have stopped now.

Below is the error I was referring to. I received the same error dozens of times until now.

You can try to increase your memory limit via php.ini / htaccess

Requirements are 32M, it looks like you have something smaller allocated

My host is saying its the dolphin script and not them...

Funny as I have 3 seperate scripts, 3 sites and the exact same problem at the same time on all of them???

Looks like a combination of things!

Boonex have told me regarding the admin section probs...

"You cannot login into your Dolphin admin panel during last 2-3 days because Boonex server was under DDoS attack and cannot respond to the requests. Dashboard in the admin panel tries to load news feed from Boonex."

Also on top of that, my host - hostforweb - have had some sort of probem and my server has been down since the last 8 hours...

Unfortunately, all 3 of my D7sites are on the same server...
