Dolphin site?

Anyone know what this site was made from?  http://incubator.realitycrowdtv.com/members

It looks a bit like Dolphin. 

Hmm. I did not think it looked at all like dolphin.

Anyhow. It appears to be SocialEngine. That is based on the scripts and file paths that are being loaded. So it is SocialEngine, but not a default template design.

It's definitely not tablet friendly.. On my nexus the CSS doesn't load and its just a long list of text and pictures.

What do you think about Social Engine?  How is it better and worse than Dolphin?   I have noticed that some sites developed with it seem to get traction pretty quickly.   Any theories as to why that might be?
