Dolphin install violates Host for Web's TOS...

After installing Dolphin 6.1.4-Free (the only thing on a fresh build) my VPS was suspended for violation of Host for Web's TOS...

Apparently it's running an IRC server...

Anybody else having this problem?

They are telling me that Dolphin was not the problem but a n IRC bot...So I'm wondering if the site got hacked or exploiten in the 20 minutes it took to upload and install Dolphin....

make them show you the logs? basically, there is noway that your site was exploited during installation. first of all, there was nobody that knew it existed but you.

have you acquired another host yet? if you need hosting that is dependable, please hit me up.
