Dolphin from hell! Need help on video problem

For the past 2 weeks I have been struggling with an issue with uploading videos to the site (Dolphin 6.16)

When I go to the video upload page, it seems that something is grabbing hold and wont let go for about 2 minutes. I cant even change to another browser page. Can't do anything. Finally when it lets go, it appears at the upload page and each line on the upload page...BROWSE, VIDEO NAME, TAG, DESCRIPTION all have the word UNDEFINED in them. Cannot upload any videos.

I recently changed webhosts and it worked on the other host just fine until I loved to the new host, Arvixe.

I have read and read here trying to find the problem. I have checked permissions and nearly every other conceivable thing. Nothing works.

If anyone has run into this issue, I'd seriously appreciate some guidance. Two weeks have been wasted and still cannot upload videos,

Have you contacted you host support? Do they support Dolphin? I had a similar problem a few years back turned out to be a setting on my host side to fix it.

They've been looking at it and have no idea either!
