Dolphin flash banners problem

I have a question about the Dolphin community banners at the top. In IE they only show in 1/4th (bottom right) of the block. Then in FF they vary. Some are the actual size and some are 1/4th again. When I replace the images with my own I have the same problem. Any fixes for this or suggestions?

Solution:  Don't use the promo box provided.  Get another one and install it or use the HTML box instead
