I'm having trouble setting up the video chat and video comment from the dolphin, the provider hostforweb, provided me with the data from the RMS server and I already set up and still back an error message saying that it was not possible to connect to the server and my videochat and video comment simply does not work, the provider HostForWeb said teh error is in the software and not on the server, I need help, I realize video conferences with my students and used other videochat means to teach my classes, bought the license of dolphin alias bought three licenses of this software and need the video conference function.
