I don't think you can sell it. If so I will buy your prime. I need prime.

The license terms state that all licenses are non-transferable. The only way to effectively sell a license would be to sell the account with it, since there's no means to transfer them (so it's like buying a new Riccar from someone, but they still keep the vacuum at their house).

Boonex does not have any front end means to transfer licenses and thus do not allow one to sell licenses.  This is understandable because licenses is one of the major ways that Boonex earns revenue.

I don't think Boonex allows one to sell accounts either from what I have read.  Any such thing would need to be done off of Boonex.

I don't think so. BoonEx's main income are the licenses, so reselling them means they lose on a sale, while someone still gets a license. It's not in their best interest to allow that. Most software I know doesn't allow you to transfer a license.

The terms of licenses and accounts are on Boonex somewhere, I have read them at one time and I think it stated that licenses and/or accounts can not be transferred.  I have no idea how aggressive Boonex is in enforcing the rules if someone sells an account on Craig's List.   We probalby really should not be discussing this; and it has been discussed before LOL.

That is about the gist of it; seems I recall that being mentioned in another post.  Of course any custom modifications to the Dolphin code can be sold along with the site.

I actually think this is kind of wrong and BoonEx would not be losing money at all ...

When I purchased an account, license and modules if was for 'Dolphin Site'.

If I sell my site .... BoonEx would not be losing out ... maybe BoonEx would be gaining >> the new purchaser would indeed be taking on a Dolphin site that is somewhat tied to BoonEx (modules, support etc etc) and they would possibly invest far more cash into BoonEx.

With the way things stand my Dolphin site would be somewhat useless to a purchaser ? They would have to get new license and modules or whatever that I have already purchased and what looks to be included with the Dolphin site when being sold.

It's a DADT sort of thing.

My opinions expressed on this site, in no way represent those of Boonex or Boonex employees.

It seems like to sell your Dolphin site would have to play things that way ...

Hey

thats is answer from Boonex team.

Dear Customer.

You can't sell your license: you'll need to sell the whole account because your buyers will need to access this account to be able to manipulate the license.

If my english good, its mean I can sell  whit account!??

Wow. Goes against their own rules. I guess they need to update the terms.

See, this is starting to look like that example I posted about getting your account banned right after a sale. Spamming the forums and sending unsolicited messages to people is a no-no.

Listening to you all is like watching a bunch of titty dancers argue about something at the local booby bar.

Of course you can buy a license, develop a dolphin site, then sell the entire developed site, including the Boonex account to someone else. What you can't do is buy a license, then sell that license with the expectation that the new owner could develop a NEW account on boonex to build a site with. Doesn't make any sense to do that anyway, especially since a single license is only good for a single domain.....

I could see this happening. Look at the previous posts of Boonex members wanting to sell a site - that have been listed here in the forums. The seller may still want to keep their Boonex account, but not a particular site(with domain). For example. If you are working on multiple projects and have found that you do not have time for all of them, you may want to sell one to lighten your load. In that case, being able to sell the license without the account would very much be needed, and there really should be a way to facilitate that.
