Dolphin Connect or API

Hi I'm starting to work on some dolphin modules and was wondering; Is it possible to make a module that will allow members on one dolphin powered site to instantly sign up on another one using a Dolphin Connect Module (like Facebook connect)

This leads to my next question. Is it also possible to create an API system that would allow developers (For games, Dolphin Connect etc) connect using and API and secret key that could: Post on a users wall, and Pull the users username, email, and pics and use this to register on another site or play a game (Like on Facebook)

This would be a really cool feature and would take dolphin powered sites to the next level!

yes, it is possible,  Just have to code it.

It is something that I am kicking around in my head right now and sketching some details for it.

I am on a limited budget and have to work full time, so I do not get to commit the amount of effort I want to into developing modules and such for dolphin.

I have great plans sitting in a notebook if I could ever get enough money to hire a programmer to work with me.

Oh, and a graphic artist as well.  My drawing skills are at a 3rd grade level!
