Dolphin 7 installation questions

Hi, I have a  question after install the D 7, I can't add member. every time I trying to add a member, it always shows the error " your username only can contain lantin symbles and number", but I don't even have any members in the system. did someone got same problem before. So, does D 7 require to buy a licence to using it? sorry about my english.

Let me give you the Latin symbols that may be used, they are as follows:

A B C D E F G H I J K L M N O P Q R S T U V W X Y Z

They can be used in upper and lower case, it is not case sensitve.  Now I'll give you the numerical numbers that can be used:

0 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9

Please note, the space bar is not a latin symbol or a number, thus it can't be used.
