Dolphin 7 css & language key problem

In Dolphin 7 i can't see css properly also when i try to add language key nothing happens.

Dear support team,

I have downloaded dolphin7 beta 3 - css is not displaying properly.

Please Suggest.

can you be a bit more descriptive when you say that css not displaying properly. It will be easy to diagnose. Can you also mention the browser that you are using

After adding a new language key something does happen behind the scenes so to speak.
When adding a new block for example it will ask you to type in Caption Lang Key: which would be _blockname (as a example).
When you create a new language key and you name it _blockname and name the string for text Block Name it will compile the language key _blockname to what you specified in the string for text field which in this case was Block Name.

I hope this makes sense.

Actually I am not able to see text boxes which are on admin login page. Also buttons are not proper , I can see buttons like text. Menu links are overlapping on the Site banner & many more thnigs................

Problem occurs in both the browsers IE7 as well as Firefox 3.0.13.
