Dolphin 7 RC - Language Settings

I've searched for hours on Google. The layout of this site is useless so I apologize if this has already been asked.

Originally my /lang/ folder was empty. I managed to get something created but I am still unable to change the "Your Company" on my sites pages.

Essentially the file I have is blank:

);?>

I do not know how to compile a file as when I click menu items my page just refreshes. Where can I get a legit language file? I have read that it is supposed to create it during install but obviously it didn't.

Is this a "new" install of D7 (no members no customization yet)? If so, the easiest thing to do is take the 20 minutes to re-install. The lang-en.php file is created during installation. I couldn't tell you how it disappeared.Trying to upload a language file might work, but I had a lot of problems trying to do that and compiling my language afterwards.

The reason the page just refreshes when you try to recompile is because there is not language file as you mentioned. If this is a site that had running earlier just fine, the re-upload a backup copy.
