I keep doing a test join and it never sends an email to my inbox telling me I've joined. Sent myself a email confermation... nothing. Logged in as admin and sent a mass mail....nothing. Even tough when joining it says email was sent and when mass mailing same thing email was sent.
I did find the following errors.
