Dolphin 6.1 Payment

I would like to have my payment button for the dolphin site 6.1 to the members signup, on the registration page.  Can you guys move it  there?  Can we also make an email with the "payment button" to send to all the members and ask them to begin paying for the site, with the button programmed to take them back to the payment page for my site when they click on it?  Please e-mail me back asap...
