Does anyone have any idea about Modzzz the user?

I ended buying 5 modules from this user (Modzzz).

Prior to buying he was prompt replying me so that I could understand the modules. After I purchased the modules, he stopped replying to messages.

All the modules I bought from this user are incomplete and are hardly of any use to serve the real purpose. I requested for modification and it’s been more than a month and a half. All he did was messaged me twice during this period and since then disappeared.

Such semi-functional modules and lack of support from such developers leaves buyers like us handicapped who invest in Dolphin system.

I tried writing him several times through Boonex messaging system, to his email and through Skype, yet failed to catch his response anywhere. I see he is active on forums everywhere, assuming somebody who is in touch with him could recommend what next do I do?
