Does Ray Work?

This is what I am beginning to wonder after I did an install myself and had and install done by someone else and Ray is still not working.

Anyone had a successful installation recently or is this an albatross i.e. the 8 track tape in a a digital world?

Just curious....  Cool

Yes.  I have paid licenses hosted with cyberxing that work great.  Although the good folks at cyberxing had to fiddle with my setting or something to get them to work.

I also have the free versions running on my test site.  They were "not connecting" for the longest time, but magically they started to work earlier this week.  I didn't do anything.

Well that is encouraging I guess.  I have worked with Joomla and Mambo and commercial software and I am just used to things working out of the Box.  Don't get me wrong I think Dolphin has the potential to be a great script but instead of jumping off to the next version, get the old one to work seamlessly first and work out the bugs.

There is no reason for it to be this sloppy. Take an extra few hours and make the puppy purr and then you will get a lot more customers using it.  I mean that is the result they want, or is it?

I could not imagine a total newbie trying to work with Ray or Dolphin as it is bundled.  They would be confused and frustrated.

Anyway, hopefully I will get this figured out.  Do you know if there is a way to get your money back?
