Does 7.1 have all the same specific browser issues

Does 7.1 have all the same specific browser issues? I can not tell you how freaking embarrassing it is answer emails with people having problems joining or doing basic things like adding avatars, and having to tell them "you are prolly using chrome, try using firefox, seems this site that has costed me more then a foreign car, HAS ISSUES WITH ONE OF THE MOST USED BROWSERS IN THE WORLD!..  I mean I'm at the spot where I dont see nothing on 7.1 that has me thinking "oh I got to have that" but I'm also thinking I dont wanna be here 9 months from not wishing I had updated sooner.. basically it is not gonna be a typical update for me anyways,  my site has ghost living in it, things that work for everyone else never works on my site, and things that are not suppose to work on any site work just fine on mine,, its gonna require me hiring out someone with a genius iq like pranshank, or deano and lighting a few candles and saying some prayers to the god of your choice, so I am looking for something that would make it worth doing the upgrade, and the specific browser problems are my biggest pain at the moment.
