Do not get after-sales service support from Boonex

I am really disappointed that my problem about a license is not entertained by the boonex.

What's the issue with the license?  If it doesn't seem to stick, make sure allow_url_fopen is enabled for PHP.  Clearing the cache might also work.  To reset a license to use it on a new domain, go to BoonEx -> Account -> Licenses and click on the domain under the affected license.  This will spawn a new window with a big reset button.  Click it and try again.
