Do not buy it

Pre-sale support took 12 days to reply anf they replied with a link to Forum. I just asked if they could devise me a Dolphin App with a built in QR-Code reader. So users do no need to leave the Dolphin App to scan a friend QR-Code (pointing to profile). 12 days of waiting this kind of support???

I have to say Boonex needs to improve their 'pre-sale' support. I also experienced a delay of about 7 days before my ticket was replied :(

Sorry for delay.

It was a problem in the system when new tickets was not processed, after the fix they were process at once and it took several days to answer all delayed tickets.

Now the problem is fixed and it shouldn't be any delay.
