Dissappearing Main Profile Photos

I have a problem where by lots of main profile pictures are going missing.

Basically, in the database, in the profiles table, the field PrimPhoto is being reset to zero.

To put you in the picture, I have moved a friends dolphin website to another host (Of course I did not charge them) and it started occurring as soon as the website was moved.

When it first occured I thought it was something I had done wrong with the transfer of the database. So I went back to the old database, selected all for the profiles table, for the PrimPhoto record that were > 0, then used that information to do an update on the new database. All was cool. A few hours later I come back and the table has been reset back to the old values and the profile photos are missing again... My friend swears blind that she has done nothing? Any ideas? None of the other tables in the database are being reset which sort of suggests the webhost is not doing anything.

Did you copy the cache folder over as well?

Yup, sure did.

It is not that the profile pictures are going missing, but more the fact that the field PrimPhoto on the profile table is being set to zero. First time I thought it was strange but just set them all to the correct value. I come back a few hours later and the fields were reset back to zero.

I haven't got a solution but there's a function called resetPrimPhoto in inc/classes/BxDolMediaQuery.php, you may want to find out more about that.
